And the Winner is…

Following the Chocolate Masters preselection that was held Sept. 27 and 28 in Las Vegas Sylvain Bortolini is now named as the U.S. National Chocolate Master 2010.
The Bellagio Las Vegas pastry chef beat out five other pastry chefs and chocolatiers with his Aztec-inspired chocolate sculpture. He will represent the Unites States at the world finals in Paris on October 2011.
